Availability:
We fill all orders
within one business day. If you wish to order larger quantities,
email us and we will give you the approximate time to receive
that quantity.
Payment:
We accept any of
the following forms of payment: Paypal, Personal Checks, and
Money Orders. Shipping and insurance is calculated for addresses
anywhere in North America. Foreign buyers please contact us for
shipping rates. Physical addresses ONLY (No P.O. Boxes, Military
Bases, etc.) All shipments made via Priority Mail. Shipping price
includes shipping, packing/handling, and insurance costs.
Paypal is the preferred payment method however, any of the listed
methods are fine. If you would like to send us your order with
a check, see our contact page for address. Personal checks are
held for 10 days.
State
and Local Sales Taxes:
We pay all state
and local sales taxes.
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee our
products 100%. We use a double check process to fill orders,
so mistakes on our part are rare, however, if you receive an
incorrect item or broken item we will replace it immediately,
if in stock, or we will expedite a replacement from our supplier.
We do require that the incorrect item be returned in the box
that we send the replacement in, it will have a prepaid label.
If the product was damaged in transit contact us first, and save
the crushed carton.
Privacy:
We understand the
importance of your privacy. Mr. Walter's will never sell or disclose
any individually identifiable information about it's customers
to any third party. You can sleep well knowing your information
will not leave our offices.
